Completion of new DC for Stedin
HVBM Vastgoed has successfully completed the new distribution center for network operator Stedin on business park De Biezen in Vianen.
Build to suit at Medel business park
HVBM Vastgoed has signed an option agreement for a 9.5-hectare plot in the Medel business park. Chairman Dave Verbeek, on behalf of the Medel board, says he is proud to welcome HVBM Vastgoed to Medel.

BREEAM Excellent PLUS
The brand new fresh distribution center in Deventer has received the BREEAM-NL sustainability certificate with Excellent score. For example, the building and surrounding grounds have been designed to be circular and nature-inclusive. There is also its own solar power system of more than 14,000 solar panels.
BREEAM Excellent Smartwares
HVBM Vastgoed and Smartwares Group recently received the BREEAM-NL Excellent delivery certificate from the DGBC for distribution center DC Charlotte in Tilburg. Adamas Group was involved in the project from the design stage as a BREEAM expert.
Stedin distribution center
Friday, April 19, marked the start of construction of a new distribution center for Stedin in Vianen. With this new distribution center, Stedin is doubling its storage space to 60,000 square meters in one fell swoop. Stedin is expected to occupy the building in mid-2025.
